The Managing Director of the Cocoa Marketing Company, (Gh) Ltd, Mr. Joseph Forson has expressed the satisfaction of Management regarding the excellent work done at the CMC Records Centre, North Kaneshie, by staff of the place.
"We are mightily impressed",he revealed.
He was speaking during a visit to the Centre,which also witnessed the presence of such Management staff as the Deputy Managing Director (Marketing) Mr. Fred Amponsah Doku and the Estate Manager, Mr. John Fredua-Mensah.
He recalled the days when the Centre was such horrible spectacle to behold, comparing it with its present state, beauty, and congratulated Mr. Chris Tetteh Pardie,( retired staff) who established the Centre as well as all those who helped in many and varied ways to bring the Centre into existence.
Mr. Forson, who could not hide his joy, as he and the Management staff at the Centre were conducted round by Staff of the Centre said, "keep the good work burning and do not let your guard down", tasking the Centre to submit their needs to his office for consideration.
Mr.pardie,the establisher of the Centre, who was invited from retirement to witness the Managing Director's visit noted that with the passage of the Right To Information Bill,past and present hard copy records of CMC should be digitised to avoid being embarrassed, when simple information could be provided with all ease on request.

"Let us migrate our hard copy records to electronic ones".
The Head of the Centre, Mr.Ephraim Nyodeka Koka thanked the Managing Director and his team for their visit and appealed to Management to provide the Centre with additional computers,air conditioners,work stations, a janitor and a kiln for the disposal of unwanted records.
