Skilled in financial analysis and reporting, strategic partnerships, and driving DEI initiatives. Deputy Managing Director, Marketing

Dr. Barnett Quaicoo John is a highly accomplished professional in the cocoa industry, bringing over two decades of expertise in research, marketing, and international trade. Since joining Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) in 2008, he has held several key leadership positions, including Resident Manager of Ghana Cocoa Marketing Company UK Limited. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Managing Director - Marketing at the Cocoa Marketing Company Ghana Limited.

Dr. Quaicoo holds a Bachelor's degree in Education (Economics), an MPhil in Educational Planning, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. His extensive knowledge covers global cocoa trade, strategic stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building initiatives that contribute to industry advancement.

Betty Lartibea Boamah is an experienced IT and Information Systems professional with over sixteen years in Ghana’s cocoa sector, serving in technical and leadership roles across Cocoa Clinic, Quality Control Company, Seed Production Division, and Cocoa Marketing Company (CMC). With an MBA and multiple Microsoft certifications, she has led major digital initiatives including the Operations Management System (OMS) and nationwide network deployments, demonstrating strong capability in systems analysis, infrastructure management, and IT governance.

As Head of IT at CMC, Betty oversees strategic planning, cybersecurity, vendor relationships, and critical system upgrades that support operational efficiency. She is skilled in aligning technology with business goals, improving system reliability, and driving transformation across departments. Her blend of technical expertise and leadership continues to advance innovation and efficiency within the cocoa industry.
