Betty Lartibea Boamah is an experienced Information Systems and IT leader with over sixteen years of progressive impact across Ghana’s cocoa sector, serving in key technology roles at Cocoa Clinic, Quality Control Company, Seed Production Division, and currently at Cocoa Marketing Company (CMC). She holds an MBA from the African Leadership University and is certified in Microsoft systems and database administration. Her career reflects deep expertise in systems analysis, enterprise infrastructure oversight, ICT governance, cybersecurity, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including the development and rollout of the Operations Management System (OMS) and nationwide network deployments across three Take-Over Centers and Head Office.
As Acting Head of the IT Department and Deputy Information Systems Manager at CMC, Betty leads strategic IT planning, modernization programs, policy development, vendor management, and mission-critical technology projects that strengthen operational efficiency and decision-making. She is recognized for aligning technology with business objectives, enhancing system uptime and security, and driving process improvements that increase productivity across departments. Her leadership blends strong technical depth with strategic foresight, positioning her as a key driver of innovation, digital capability, and operational excellence within the cocoa industry
