Our trading team monitors price movements on the London and New York futures markets to secure the best achievable prices for Ghana’s cocoa. Sales are made directly to processors, chocolate manufacturers and trade houses worldwide, backed by a forward-sales strategy that stabilises farmer income and supports the nation’s revenue planning.

Warehousing & Logistics
Secure storage and efficient port operations that safeguard cocoa quality from take-over to evacuation.

Cocoa received from Licensed Buying Companies is inspected, graded and stored under a strict first-in-first-out system across our warehouses. Working closely with the Quality Control Company, haulage firms and the Ghana Ports Authority, this department manages every stage from take-over to evacuation, keeping Ghana’s cocoa premium intact.

Shipping
Coordinating vessels, documentation and freight to deliver cocoa reliably to buyers abroad.

Our shipping team anticipates, prepares and delivers cocoa shipments to international buyers, coordinating freight bookings and export documentation in partnership with the Bank of Ghana, the Ghana Standards Authority and Customs. Transparency and reliability in meeting shipping targets remain central to how we operate.
